Returns & Exchange Policy
You have a **30-day window** (calculated from the date of delivery) to request a **return or exchange** for your purchased item. To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
1. Item Condition: The product must be **unused, in its original state**, and show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its **original packaging**, including any tags, labels, protective covers, or accessory boxes that were included upon delivery.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid **receipt, order confirmation, or invoice** must be included with the returned package to verify the purchase. Without proper documentation, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.

Return Shipping Fee Responsibility
The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return. There are two possible scenarios:
1. Return Due to Our Error (Free Return Shipping)
If you received an incorrect item (wrong style/size), a defective product, or a damaged item, KAMSIN Tools(We) will cover the return shipping costs. We will also send you the correct replacement at no additional charge.
2. Return Due to Customer Preference (Customer Pays Shipping)
If you selected the wrong item, changed your mind, or no longer want the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, as well as any redelivery costs for an exchange.
Important Note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. If you request a refund, the initial delivery cost will not be credited back to your payment account.

Refund Process & Timeline
