Warranty Terms

KAMSIN guarantees the original end-user purchaser that its products labeled with a 90-day limited warranty are free from material and manufacturing defects. Within 90 days from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever occurs later), KAMSIN will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective KAMSIN-branded tools used in production. This warranty is non-transferable, and a valid proof of purchase (showing date and place of purchase) is required for claims.  

What Is Not Covered? 

This warranty excludes:  
- Wear-and-tear parts (e.g., driver set, bumpers, active valve assemblies, cylinder components, O-rings, driver assemblies). For best performance, always use genuine KAMSIN fasteners and replacement parts.  
- Damage from normal wear, misuse, accidents, incorrect speed/air pressure, or improper storage.  
- Products used for unauthorized applications.  
- Labor costs or damages due to improper operation, maintenance, or repairs.  

Warranty Requirements

For the warranty to apply:  
✔ Only clean, dry, regulated compressed air (within the tool’s specified pressure limit) must be used.  
✔ No signs of abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or improper storage.  
✔ The tool must be operated strictly as per the manual’s instructions and maintenance guidelines.  

Limitations

This warranty supersedes all other express warranties. Implied warranties (merchantability/fitness for purpose) are limited to this warranty’s duration. KAMSIN is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.  

Note: This warranty applies only to products sold in the U.S.

How to Claim Warranty Service

To request service, ship the product (at your cost) with proof of purchase to a KAMSIN-authorized warranty center.
